Our apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Apartment 1 offers two separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Pitztal mountains.

Apartment 2 has three separate bedrooms for up to 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, separate shower with toilet, bathroom with shower and toilet and two balconies with a beautiful view of the Pitztal mountain landscape.

Check in & Check out

On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from 2 p.m. Arrival after 22:00 is only possible by prior arrangement. We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Parking spaces

There are free parking spaces available for our guests directly at the house (free parking lot).

Snow chains

In the Pitztal you can expect driving conditions that are partly wintry in spring, autumn and winter. Depending on the weather, snow chains are sometimes required in order to be able to drive to the Hochzeiger ski area without any problems.

Meals

The Apart Schmid is located right in the village center of Jerzens. You will also find the nearest supermarket there. Since our holiday apartment is a self-catering apartment, we ask you to think about sufficient food before your arrival.

Wireless Internet access

Our guests have free WiFi in the apartments.

Payment

We would like to point out that only cash payment or bank transfer in advance is possible at Apart Schmid. If necessary, you will find the nearest ATM in the center of Jerzens.

Deposit

Please note that your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. Please transfer the corresponding amount up to 14 days after booking free of charge for the recipient (any expenses incurred will be passed on to you) to the following bank account:

Cancellation

Cancellations are only valid in writing. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH) version of 15.11.2006 apply.

Ski depot

A free ski depot is available to our guests in the Hochzeiger ski area.

Pets

In order to maintain our high standard of comfort for all our guests, pets are generally not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Non smoking house

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday apartment. Please go outside the house to smoke.
