Good to know

Important information
for your stay

Check-in & check-out

On the day of arrival, your booked apartment is available from 2:00 pm. Arrival after 10:00 pm is only possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available for our guests directly at the house.

Snow chains

Road conditions in the Pitztal can be wintry in spring, autumn and winter. Depending on the weather, snow chains may be required so that you can reach the Hochzeiger ski area without difficulty.

Food supplies

Apart Schmid is located right in the village centre of Jerzens, where you will also find the nearest supermarket. As our apartments are self-catering accommodation, we kindly ask you to think of sufficient groceries before your arrival.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Ski depot

Our guests can use a free ski depot at the Hochzeiger ski area.

Deposit

Please note that your booking is only binding after receipt of a 20% deposit. Please transfer the amount within 14 days of booking free of charges for the recipient (any charges incurred may be passed on to you) to the following bank account:

Payment

Please note that payment at Apart Schmid is possible by cash or advance bank transfer only. If needed, the nearest cash machine is in the centre of Jerzens.

Pets

In order to maintain our high comfort standard for all guests, pets are generally not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-smoking house

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. Please smoke outside the house.
